This one-day clinic is designed to provide answers to and discussion of some of the questions most frequently asked by elected and appointed city officials from small cities. This highly participatory clinic includes legal question-and-answer discussions, as well as a roundtable discussion. Attendees will also participate in sessions on key legal requirements for elected and appointed officials, legislative issues, Texas Municipal League (TML) services, and much more.

Thursday Night Social Event
The City of Early is hosting a special social event on Thursday, August 19, for those interested in attending. The event will be held at the award-winning Spirit of Texas Winery from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Complimentary drink tickets and some appetizers will be provided. The winery also has meal selections and other options available for purchase. Shuttle service from the Comfort Inn Early/Brownwood, Hampton Inn Brownwood, and Holiday Inn Express hotels will be provided, if needed.
